And Laughter Yoga will boost your mood, calm your nervous system and guarantee you good clean fun.

No experience required.

There are no yoga poses.

You will laugh so hard your belly hurts and your eyes water, and if you have a weak bladder, you might just pee a little bit (so plan in advance). 

Asthmatics might want to bring a puffer.

$30 or use your yoga pass.
