Awaken your spine through a combination of slow flow vinyasa, breathwork, mindful movement using the BackMitra ®, and meditation to close your practice.

The BackMitra ® is a foam prop that helps realign the natural curves of the spine to alleviate back strain and creates space for better breath capacity.
