Headstand, or Sirsasana, is often called the king of yoga postures. It asks us to face our fears, trust ourselves, and discover the strength already within.

Inversions change how we see the world. They calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and boost our mood. More importantly, they teach us to meet self-doubt with courage and to find confidence from the inside out.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Build the strength and stability needed for headstand

  • Learn the key techniques for safe and steady practice

  • Explore step-by-step progressions with options for all levels

  • Work with breath and focus to overcome fear and find calm upside down

Headstand is not about balancing on your head. It is about balancing your inner world. With practice, you will learn to handle uncertainty, trust your body, and carry that inner steadiness into daily life.

This workshop is open to all levels. You do not need to already be able to do headstand. All you need is curiosity and the courage to try.

This workshop is not suitable for people with high blood pressure, glaucoma or pregnancy.
