The psoas is more than a muscle,  it’s your body’s stress barometer. When it’s tight, we feel anxious, restless, and unable to fully relax. When it’s released, we experience a deep sense of safety, ease and calm.

Aggressive stretching only aggravates the psoas and keeps the body in a stress response. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to unwind it gently through mindful movement, breath and awareness to release the patterns that keep you on edge.

When the psoas softens, the parasympathetic nervous system awakens, inviting your whole being into deep rest.

You’ll learn practical tools to use your psoas and your breath to ease stress, tension and anxiety both on and off the mat.
