Yin 2 is a more "advanced" Yin yoga class.
This class is only suitable for people who have been practising regular Yin Yoga for at least 6 months.
Poses will be more challenging, with long holds of up to 15 minutes and more meditation.
You will need your own bolster.
Sorry, this class is not available for people on an Intro Pass.

- are pregnant
- have an injury or chronic pain/health condition
We recommend you attend our regular Yin yoga classes.
