By purchasing a pass, you agree to our Terms and Conditions:

If you have booked into a class that you can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking online within a minimum of 2hrs notice. A cancellation fee applies if cancelling after this time. No exceptions.
Classes commence on time, and our studio doors are locked for security reasons. If you are late, you will be locked out and charged a cancellation fee.
Workshops, courses and programs are not included in any membership or pass.
Cultivate Calm Yoga reserves the right to pause or terminate your membership immediately, to protect the health and safety of our team or other members, or the temporary or permanent closure of the studio, or for any other reason we consider appropriate.
Conditions of entry you acknowledge and accept:
1. You will be requested to leave the studio if:

You are using abusive or threatening language
You intimidate or threaten our team
You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol; or
You behave in another way that is considered risky, disrespectful or inappropriate.
You are displaying symptoms of COVID19

You acknowledge and understand that CCTV will be installed for you and Cultivate Calm Yoga staff safety and crime and misconduct prevention. You consent to being filmed under CCTV for these purposes.
